My boss?
I have been reading and researching how millionaires came to be. I saw that most of them are business owners with frugal instincts. You will never become a millionaire working for someone else. Neither will you become a millionaire if you spend beyond your means. I know people who have this and have that only because of their high paying job. But without that job they wont last a year on their minimal savings and expensive life style. Now you and me, who plan accordingly and are bargain hunters, can last a few years.
So now that I know that I need to become self employed, I looked into business' for sale. None but one stood out to me that I could afford with a loan. Too bad it was already under contract. I would have been that person making $74k a year. So I will continue on and keep checking for an opportunity.
Besides having high income, one needs to look at their own expected net worth and retirement plan. All those expensive things in your million dollar home will not raise your net worth. It will only decrease it since not much is saved after paying for those expensive things. When you retire, what will you have to live off of? You will look back at yourself and say "Gee, how foolish was I when I was making all that income". And what will you have? Hopefully a retirement account, retirement savings, investments, or pension plans.
So keep on giving effort and remember to plan ahead. Its now what you are making now, but what you will do with it. Also read this book The Millionaire Next Door

know your rights!
There are many laws that protect you in any situation. You can remain silent, you can say you don't consent to searches, you can say you want a lawyer, or ask if you are free to go. Here is a helpful web page, there might be better ones out there but this is the one I found. www.flexyourrights.org

Money Laundering
The tax man expects all of us to report our income. Most street pharmacists don't do this and end up getting caught like Al Capone. The PD didn't have enough evidence to convict him until they noticed he wasn't paying taxes on his unreported income. There are a few ways to work around this, which often require some extra effort. First of all, limit the amount you deposit at a time. More than 10k will be reported and they will try and find out where it is coming from (not an actual investigation). Even more than 1k will generate a report. This link explains a few ways of doing it.

The best thing and legal way to do is to just report your income on your taxes. Either claim self employment, or barter for goods and services. If you don't report your income and pay taxes, there will be penalties and a bigger chance of you being under investigation.
Another way that people are doing it is to be claimed as an employee of a business. You give them the cash while they give you the equal amount back in a check. Thus you are generating legitimate income.

Need Versus Want
I know many of you love spending your money and smoking away all your profits. Do you really want to see your profit disappear like that? I know I sure don't. If you aren't making a little something for yourself then what are you doing this for? I know people who have been hustling for years and can't even afford to buy a car. What's the point in that. Focus on the main goal, to stack up lot's of cash and buy something worth saving for. Treating your friends to munchies and smoking all those blunts is taking away all your profit.
Before you decide to buy something in the store, think first if you need it or just want it. This helps me in all occasions and has saved me tons. I sometimes am a compulsive buyer and buy things because I can. Most of the time I regret buying the stupid junk and wanna return it. This is what I should be doing, and also all of you if you have already purchased an item. Don't let people tell you that you are cheap. Tell them you are just frugal. This means someone who likes use their money wisely and whether the item will last or if its worth it. They can't diss on you for that can they? Also check out this site for savings and investment strategies http://genxfinance.com/the-top-5-ways-to-become-a-millionaire/ or

Girls, Girls, Girls- Or guys?
I know many of you like to chill with the ladies and spend your time chasing them. I say they should be chasing you! I know plenty of friends that drop a whole lot of cash on the ladies. Don't let them trick you into spending your money on them just to show off. Let them think you are broke. This way you aren't attracting the wrong kind of girls, like the kind that like you for your money.
A relationship should be based on love and trust. (unless you say otherwise) There are plenty of relationships that are only bound together because one partner is the money maker while the other sticks around as long as there is income. I have to say this and please don't hate me--MONEY OVER BITCHES...Get money, Fuck Bitches. I don't call woman bitches unless they really are one.
So take my advice, same goes to the money making ladies. Guys are moochers too.

The Connect
I am sure we all have our sources of getting supplied. Even if your friend knows a connect and hooks you up. The big bosses do not like to mess with newbies nor young hustlers like us. Once you have built up some street rep, people will be begging you to supply you. The best and easiest way to find a connect is through your good friends that trust you enough to introduce you. They may even list a few people and give you options.
I recommend shying away from people that say they will get it for you once you give them the cash up front. I learned this the hard way and lost a few hundred. Never will it happen again. Try to get it straight from the dealer, which means better prices, exact amounts, and you can check it out and negotiate with them. As we all know, they just wanna get rid of it quickly as possible.
Your customer's depend on quality versus quantity. Unless you selling shwag. Top quality is always more expensive, and you get what you paid for. That's why you raise your prices a bit to compensate for the extra costs. There isn't anything lost here.

Those pesky theives
Have you been robbed of your merchandise or haven't been paid for some borrowed merchandise?
There isn't much you can do without using violence. Violence is essential into striking fear into these people. It may be the only way. To avoid these problems don't get caught up in it in the first place. Stick with people you really know. Not a friend of so and so. If you truly know them, the chance of being robbed is significantly decreased. Also the chances of dealing with a narc is decreased.
Make it your priority not to let people borrow merchandise on tab. If they don't have the adequate funds, they don't get anything until they have the cash. If they don't have the funds in the first place, it may be an obvious sign that it will be difficult for them to acquire it. This is true for most but not your most trusted friends that always pay their tab. If you think about it, you are in fact losing business. Keep tabs on who pays up and who doesn't.

Do you have a job?
I know its difficult to have a job at the moment but it's worth searching for. Most people are picky about the job they want and even more pickier about what the pay is. We all have to start somewhere and can't spend our lives selling illegal narcotics. (Do it on the side) If you have a job your income will look legitimate.
If uncle Sam asks where you got your money, you have your job to prove it. Big time players have to watch how much money the deposit into their account. If you deposit more than a thousand in the bank at once, a report is generated to try and find out where the funds are coming from. Limit it to under that amount and separate your deposits into smaller transactions.
If you can't get the job interview right, here are a few suggestions. Comment and add more if you know some.
1. Shake the bosses hand firmly to show that you are a hard worker.
2. Dress neatly and in proper attire. Look professional and don't shower in fragrances.
3. Arrive to your interview 15 minutes early. Show that you will be on time to work.
4. Have a resume ready. There are easy templates online where you only have to fill in the blanks.
5. Study up on the job. Know what you will be doing and emphasize your interview on what the job consists of.
6. Don't dawdle and fidget. Look your interviewer in the eye and respond promptly to questions. Don't start your response with "Umm".
7. Avoid using "like" and such words. You need to appear educated and professional.
8. Sell yourself. Make every trait of yours great and vital to the job.

Vehicles
What type of car do you drive? what type of car would you wish to drive?
I prefer a sports car, even if its a coupe. They are light weight, fast, agile, and usually don't waste a lot of gas during regular commuting. Usually sports cars are sleek and sexy.
Plus I wouldn't like a large SUV. I don't like filling it up with the whole soccer team. And spending around fifty dollars just to fill the tank. I would like a small 6 cylinder SUV for off road excursions. That's the only reason I would get one.
If I absolutely had to take 6 or more people with me then a mini van would be adequate. I still wouldn't buy one but renting is more appropriate.
If only I had the funds to buy all these sports cars, and a range rover. Comment on this and tell me what you drive.

Higher Education
To me it seems like most of my friends are sitting around doing nothing. Every bodies complaint is that they don't have the adequate funds for school. If you do have some money saved up, take advantage of your neighborhood community college. They offer inexpensive courses with small class sizes. I work part time and also go to school part time. It may take me a few years, but I will get a career out of it.
There are also lots of people that do get a degree, but are stuck with a lousy job. That's why you must pick a career that has real job opportunities. There are vast amounts of degrees and job opportunities along with them. Do some research, you can find what job and income level fits you. It doesn't matter how old you are, you can always go back to school. Its never too late.
